Cleveland Park Metro
Steps away from the Cleveland Park Metro, the building is centrally located with easy access to downtown Washington, DC or Bethesda, MD. Serviced by the Redline, neighboring stops are Van Ness / UDC and Woodley Park. There are multiple MetroBus stops on Connecticut and Porter, as well as ZipCar locations close by.

Clean and bright laundry room on the first floor, featuring machines that operate on the WaveVision system that allows users to monitor the status of each machine and pay for loads from their smartphone or computer. Payment by debit card and coins is also available.
EASY PARKING

Behind the building there are 6 private spots that are assigned to Unit Owners via lottery every two years. Zone 3 street parking is readily available on Rodman and Porter streets. A parking permit for these streets can easily be obtained by Woodbine residents for $35 per year if your car is registered in DC.

The Woodbine offers a secure secure patio for community use.
Equipped with a gas grill and propane service. Owners can also reserve the patio space free of charge. The Woodbine is one of the only buildings to offer outdoor space.
SECURE COMMUNITY
Security Features
The building features a front door with a combination lock and reinforced window panes, as well as a dial-in entry system and video surveillance in the front lobby. The rear entrance is also secured via a fob lock and video surveillance. Additionally, there are barred windows on all ground floor units, and a fire system that is tested four times a year.

BIKE ROOM
Secure Bike Storage
Recently renovated bike room offers easy and organized storage for 14 bikes and features a commercial grade bike pump to conveniently fill up tires. Each unit receives one free permit for first-come first-serve storage in the bike room. Outdoor bike rack as well.
